This Privacy Policy outlines how Lendo collect, use and protect your Personal Data (as defined below) on Lendo’s websites and applications. We may from time to time update this Privacy Policy and you should ensure that you are reading the most updated one, and read it carefully, please. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when we post or link to the revised Privacy Policy on the Site. 

تتضمن سياسة الخصوصية هذه (“سياسة الخصوصية“) سياسة ليندو فيما يتعلق بجمع البيانات الشخصية واستخدامها وحمايتها من خلال الموقع الالكتروني لليندو (“الموقع/ الموقع الالكتروني”). وقد تقوم ليندو بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية من وقت لآخر وعليك أن تتأكد من أنك تقرأ أحدث اصدارتها وأن تقرأها بعناية رجاء. وستكون أي تعديلات على سياسة الخصوصية سارية المفعول من تاريخ نشرها على الموقع الالكتروني أو ربطها بواسطة رابط الكتروني مع الموقع.     

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Lendo”, “we”, “us”, and “our” means Lendo and their branches, subsidiaries, affiliates and in house and outsourced personnel and consultants.

لغايات سياسة الخصوصية هذه، فإن استخدام “ليندو” أو “نحن” أو “لنا” يعني ليندو والشركة المالكة لها وفروعها وشركاتها التابعة وحلفائها وموظفيها ومستشاريها الدائمين والمتعاونين.

You are absolutely free to provide or not to provide us with any Personal Data. However, if you choose not to share requested information, you may not be able to visit all sections or use all features of the Site. If you decide to share any Personal Data, this means you agree to this Privacy Policy. 

إن لك كمستخدم للموقع مطلق الحرية في أن تزودنا أو أن لاتزودنا ببيانات شخصية، ولكن إن اخترت عدم مشاركة البيانات المطلوبة فقد لاتتمكن من استخدام أو زيارة بعض أقسام الموقع أو خصائصه. أما إذا قررت مشاركة معلوماتك الشخصية، فإنك بذلك تقبل وتوافق على ما ورد في سياسة الخصوصية هذه. 

You should be aware that webhosting and telecommunication providers or other third parties may be involved in using Lendo’s website and/or application and they may collect some information about you, your device, location and other kind of details. Such practices shall be subject to their privacy policy; Lendo’s is not responsible for any third party’s privacy practices.

يجب ان تعلم بأن استخدام الموقع الالكتروني لليندو قد يتطلب استخدام مقدمي خدمات استضافة (هوستينج) واتصالات واطراف آخرين ذوي علاقة باستخدام الموقع أو الخدمات المقدمة فيه، وهؤلاء الأطراف قد يجمعون معلومات شخصية عنك تتضمن بياناتك الشخصية، وهاتفك، وموقعك ومعلومات أخرى، وأن جمع هذه المعلومات واستخدامها يخضع لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بإولئك الأطراف، ولاتعتبر ليندو مسؤولة عن سياسة الخصوصية لأي طرف ثالث.  

Types of Data Collected

For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, “Personal data” means any information that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you, e.g., your name, email address, address, or phone number. Lendo will not collect any Personal Data that identifies a visitor to this site individually unless specified otherwise. Your visit to this site will record only the Domain Name Server part of your e-mail address and of the pages visited. Such information will be used to prepare aggregate information about the number of visitors to the site and general statistics on usage patterns.

تعني عبارة “بيانات شخصية” -لغايات سياسة الخصوصية هذه – أي معلومات تحدد شخصيتك أو يمكن استخدامها لتحديد شخصيتك آو للاتصال بك، مثل الاسم، والبريد الالكترني، والعنوان، ورقم الهاتف. 

لاتجمع ليندو أي بيانات شخصية لمستخدم الموقع إلا إذا ورد شيء صريح بخلاف ذلك. إن زيارتك للموقع ستسجل اسم النطاق الخاص بك ، والجهاز المضيف (سيرفر) له والذي سيشكل جزءا من عنوان بريدك الالكتروني و الصفحات التي زرتها. مثل هذه المعلومات ستستخدم  لإعداد إحصائيات لعدد زوار الموقع ومؤشرات عامة عنهم.  

We may request Personal Data from you when you fill any online form for our services, promotions or surveys. Online forms may request you to provide your name, email address, business address, phone number and other relevant information. Any Personal Data collected by an online form will be subject to this Privacy policy and specific Terms and Conditions that you should agree on at the time of filling the form. If an online form for any purpose published without specific Terms and Conditions, then this Privacy Policy and the general Terms and Condition of the website apply.   

قد نطلب بيانات شخصية عند تعبئة النماذج الخاصة الالكترونية الخاصة بالخدمات أو العروض الترويجية، أو الاستبيانات. فقد تطلب النماذج الالكترونية بيانات شخصية مثل الاسم وعنوان البريد الالكتروني وعنوان العمل ورقم الهاتف وأي معلومات أخرى ذات علاقة. أية بيانات شخصية يتم جمعها من خلال النماذج الالكترونية سيخضع لآحكام سياسة الخصوصة وأحكام وشروط خاصة يجب أن توافق عليها عند تعتبئة النموذج. إذا وجد أن النموذج الالكتروني لايتضمن شروطا ً خاصة فإن سياسة الخصوصية والأحكام والشروط العامة لاستخدام الموقع تنطبق على البيانات المقدمة بموجب النموذج. 

Social media platforms may also provide us with Personal Data. For example, if you use your social media credentials to log-in to your Site account, certain information from your social media account will be shared with us, which may include Personal Data that is part of your profile. Furthermore, you may wish to create an online account with us in order to manage your facilities, payment and/or services. You will be required to select a username and a password to access your Lendo’s Online Account. Any information stored on your online account will be accessible to anyone with whom you share your username and password. For this reason, please safeguard your username and password carefully and do not disclose it to any other person.

قد تزودنا منصات التواصل الاجتماعي ببعض البيانات الشخصية، على سبيل المثال، عند استخدام معلومات الدخول لمنصة التواصل الاجتماعي لغايات الدخول إلى موقع ليندو الالكتروني، فإنه قد تتم مشاركة بعض المعلومات المتوفرة على المنصة معنا، ,التي قد تتضمن بياناتك شخصية المتوفرة في حسابك (بروفايلك) هناك. إضافة إلى ذلك، قد ترغب بإنشاء حساب (بروفايل) لدينا لإدارة التسهيلات التي تتمتع بها أو الدفعات او الخدمات  المقدمة لك، وسيطلب منك في هذه الحالة اختيار “اسم مستخدم” و “كلمة سر” لحسابك الألكتروني في ليندو، وعليه يجب أن تعلم أن أي معلومات يتم تخزينها أو جمعها في حسابك الالكتروني لدى ليندو ستكون متاحة لكل من تشارك معهم اسم المستخدم وكلمة السر الخاصين بك، لهذا السبب، يرجى حمايتهما بعناية وعدم الافصاح عنهما لـ أو مشاركتهما مع أي شخص آخر.   

Lendo may use third-party payment services (each, a “Payment Service”) to collect payments made through the Site. If you wish to make a payment through the Site, you may be directed to a webpage that is hosted by the Payment Service (or the Payment Service’s service providers) and not by Lendo. Any Personal Data that you provide through a Payment Service page will be collected by Payment Service and not by us, and will be subject to Payment Service’s privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Policy. Lendo has no control over, and is not responsible for, Payment Service’s use of information collected through the Payment Service Page.

قد تستخدم ليندو خدمات دفع إلكتروني مقدمة من أطراف آخرين (“خدمة الدفع الالكتروني“) لاستلام الدفعات من خلال الموقع. إذا رغبت بإجراء عملية دفع من خلال الموقع، فإنه قد يتم توجيهك إلى صفحة الدفع الالكتروني التابعة لمقدم خدمة الدفع وليست تابعة لليندو. إن أي بيانات شخصية يتم تقديمها من خلال صفحة الدفع الالكتروني سوف يتم جمعها من قبل مقدم خدمة الالكتروني وليس من قبلنا وستكون تلك البيانات خاضعة لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بمقدم خدمة الدفع الالكتروني وليس لسياسة الخصوصية هذه، ثم إن ليندو ليس لديها أي سيطرة على صفحة الدفع الخارجية وليست مسؤولة عن استخدام مقدم خدمة الدفع الالكتروني لتلك المعلومات.  

Use of Personal Data Collected

We may use Personal Data for the purpose of delivering products and services, and provide you with information about products and services you’ve ordered or show interest in. From time to time, we may use Personal Data about you to inform you of products, programs, services and promotions that we believe may be of interest to you. We may Also, use Personal Data about you for our internal business purposes, such as data analysis, editorial and feedback purposes, providing customer support, customizing and improving the content and layout of the site, completing business transactions, development of marketing and promotion plans and materials, statistical analysis of user behavior, product development, administering individual accounts, and meeting government regulatory requirements such as sales tax collection, audits, etc.

قد نستخدم البيانات الشخصية التي يتم جمعها  من خلال الموقع لغايات تقديم المنتجات و الخدمات ، ولتزويدك بالمعلومات المناسبة عن منتجاتنا وخدماتنا التي تقوم بطلبها أو تبدي رغبة بها. كما أننا قد نستخدم بياناتك الشخصية ، من حين إلى آخر، لتزويدك بمعلومات عن المنتجات والبرامج والعروض الترويجية التي نعتقد أنك قد تكون مهتم بها. كما قد نستخدم بياناتك الشخصية لاحتياجاتنا التجارية الداخلية كتحليل المعلومات وتحريرها، ولغايات التغذية الراجعة، ودعم العملاء، وتطوير وتخصيص محتوى وتصميم موقعنا الالكتروني، ولإتمام الصفقات التجارية، وتطوير خطط التسويق والعروض الترويجية وموادها، ولغايات التحيليل الاحصائي وتحليل سلوك المستخدمين، وتطوير المنتجات، وإدارة الحساب الشخصي، وللوفاء بالمتطلبات النظامية القانونية كتحصيل الضرائب والتدقيق وغيره.  

In addition, Lendo reserve the right to use Personal Data to send you important information regarding the site, your account status, changes to the User Agreement, this Privacy Policy, or any other policies, agreements or transactions relevant to your use of the Site. Because this information may be important to your use of the Site, you may not opt-out of receiving such communications.

Finally, Lendo confirm that Personal Data will not be sold or disclosed to any third party except as stated in this Privacy Policy.
